We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Data Entry Operator cum Accountant to manage accurate data entry and basic accounting tasks The ideal candidate should be proficient in MS Excel accounting software Tally or QuickBooks and should be able to maintain financial records invoices and other data efficiency Key Responsibilities Accurately enter and update data into spreadsheets and databases Work extensively in Microsoft Excel to manage large datasets Perform data validation and apply basic Excel formulas for reporting Ensure high levels of accuracy and attention to detail especially in Excel-based tasks Maintain data integrity by reviewing and correcting inconsistencies Handle sensitive or confidential information with discretion and integrity Collaborate with other departments to ensure data correctness Generate reports and assist in data analysis when required Requirements Proven experience with Microsoft Excel formulas formatting data entry Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in data handling Ability to spot and correct errors in spreadsheets and data records Familiarity with Excel tools like Data Validation Conditional Formatting and basic formulas e g SUM VLOOKUP IF Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive business and personal information Strong organizational and time-management skills Location Ahmedabad Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Work Location In person
