Job description Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and MIS for the management review Oversee compliance with statutory reporting requirements-ROC filings GST returns TDS tax audit and internal audit Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants for smooth audit and compliance processes Ensure all legal compliance are met with proper documentations and legal opinions Ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately with proper documentation Oversee the accounting function and resolve accounting discrepancies variances Handle the trust accounting function and ensure all the requirements are met like annual return filing TDS GST returns etc Oversee bank reconciliations and cash flow statements Ensure proper controls over bank accounts and cash management Oversee capitalization depreciation asset reconciliation and disposal processes liaison with auditors banks tax authorities lawyers and statutory bodies Lead and mentor the accounts team Provide financial insights and analysis for decision-making on new projects Desired Skills Robust experience in Monthly quarterly and year end closing of books of accounts Proficiency in tally and ERP software and Financial reporting Strong in internal controls compliances and Preparation of MIS Managing Accounts receivable and payable process Ability to coordinate with audit teams and legal team Strong analytical skills for analysis and reconciliation of accounts Qualification and Experience Should be a chartered Accountant -CA with 15 to 20 yrs of experience and should have handled a senior management role in finance Note Kindly share your updated resume to jobs gdnc in or call (phone hidden) Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 50 000 00 - 100 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
