JOB DESCRIPTION Job Title Warehouse Manager - Operations Quality Role Snapshot An opportunity for a hands-on professional who will own the quality compliance and continuous-improvement agenda within our primary warehouse and 3PL sites Person will partner with QA RA Customer Service and 3PL teams to keep every site audit-ready every process lean and every KPI trending up Quality Regulatory Compliance - maintain SOPs GDP standards temperature-controlled processes traceability NCR complaint investigations regulatory compliances etc and ensure audit readiness Process Lean Improvements - map current flows receiving to dispatch run Kaizen 5S events deploy SOP updates and digital trackers Drives cost accuracy TAT gains 3PL Vendor Governance - conduct monthly site audits CAPA tracking service-level adherence EHS safety checks keep service partners aligned compliant Metrics Reporting - Own the warehouse KPIs damage expiry FEFO adherence pick accuracy cycle-count variance and help in Data-driven decisions Cross-Functional collaboration - assist in current product launches temperature excursions NCR complaint investigations Team collaboration Experience 3-5 years preferably in a similar role Comfort with MS Word Excel V-lookup pivot and basic data visualization The base pay for this position is N A In specific locations the pay range may vary from the range posted JOB FAMILY Supply Chain DIVISION AVD Vascular LOCATION India New Delhi New Friends Colony ADDITIONAL LOCATIONS WORK SHIFT Standard TRAVEL Not specified MEDICAL SURVEILLANCE Not Applicable SIGNIFICANT WORK ACTIVITIES Continuous standing for prolonged periods more than 2 consecutive hours in an 8 hour day
