Job Title Accounts Executive Industry Freight Forwarding Container Shipping Location Belapur Employment Type Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to manage and oversee day-to-day accounting operations for our freight forwarding and container shipping business The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Tally ERP GST filings TDS bookkeeping and P-Handle profit handling accounting processes Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate books of accounts including ledgers journals and daybooks Handle daily accounting transactions related to freight forwarding and shipping activities Prepare and file GST returns manage input credits and ensure GST compliance Manage TDS calculations deductions payments and return filing Oversee accounts receivable payable bank reconciliations and petty cash Perform costing and profit analysis P-Handle for individual shipments Support monthly quarterly and annual financial closings and audits Communicate and coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders including auditors banks and tax consultants Generate financial reports using Tally ERP and assist in budgeting and forecasting Maintain compliance with all statutory requirements related to accounting and taxation Qualifications and Skills Bachelor s degree in Commerce Accounting Finance or related field 1-3 years of accounting experience in a freight forwarding or shipping companypreferred Proficient in Tally ERP mandatory Solid knowledge of GST TDS and general taxation laws Experience with P-Handle accounting for shipment profitability Good understanding of MS Office especially Excel Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines Excellent organizational and communication skills Preferred Familiarity with shipping documents such as BLs invoices and delivery orders Exposure to accounting in international logistics or CHA Customs House Agent operations To Apply Send your application on admin renowncontainerlines com or Contact on this number (phone hidden) Job Type Full-time Pay 10 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Education Bachelor s Required Experience Accounting 1 year Required Work Location In person
