Role Overview We are seeking a results-driven Team Lead- Business Development with team-leading experience to help drive revenue growth strengthen client relationships and manage a high-performance team The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of B2C sales strategies team leadership and a passion for luxury and fine gemstones Key Responsibilities Identify and develop current business opportunities across online and offline channels Build and maintain strong relationships with domestic and international clients Lead mentor and motivate a team of business development executives or sales representatives Analyze market trends and customer behavior to refine outreach strategies Set sales targets track KPIs and ensure the team meets performance metrics Collaborate with marketing operations and customer service to ensure a seamless client experience Represent the brand at industry events exhibitions and customer meetings Prepare and deliver reports and forecasts to management Required Skills Qualifications 5 years plus of experience in business development sales or client relationship management At least 2 years of team management or team leadership experience Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills Experience in the gems jewelry luxury or e-commerce sector preferred Ability to thrive in a target-driven and dynamic environment Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 50 000 00 - 70 000 00 per month Benefits Leave encashment Paid sick time Schedule Morning shift Language English Preferred Work Location In person
