We are looking for a skilled and experienced IT Bidder to join our Business Development team The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of IT services and a proven track record in generating business through bidding and client acquisition This position requires excellent communication strategic thinking and the ability to handle the complete sales cycle Key Responsibilities Identify business opportunities in the IT sector through various bidding channels Write custom and persuasive proposals for IT services such as web development mobile apps software and digital solutions Generate leads and convert them into long-term clients Collaborate with technical teams to gather accurate project requirements and ensure successful delivery Handle complete bidding process from lead generation to project acquisition Maintain healthy client relationships and follow up for future projects Achieve monthly targets and contribute to business growth Required Skills 1-4 years of experience in IT bidding or business development Strong knowledge of IT services Web Development Mobile Apps SaaS Blockchain etc Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong negotiation and interpersonal abilities Goal-oriented and self-motivated Preferred Qualifications Bachelor s or Master s Degree in IT Computer Science Business or related field Familiarity with bidding platforms like Upwork Freelancer etc is a plus Experience with international clients US UK Canada Australia Job Type Full-time Pay 9 053 90 - 50 000 00 per month Work Location In person
