Role Description The Freelance Graphic Designer is a full-time hybrid role based in the Pune Division, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. In this role, the designer develops visual concepts and layouts for digital and print materials, including social media creatives, marketing brochures, ads, and website assets aligned with Samisha Holidays’ brand identity. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with the marketing and operations teams to understand campaign objectives, translating travel packages and promotions into compelling visual stories, and delivering designs within agreed timelines. The designer will refine and iterate on concepts based on feedback,



ensure consistent branding across all touchpoints, and prepare production-ready files for vendors and online platforms.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Graphic Design and Graphics for both digital and print media.
Candidates should possess skills in Logo Design and Branding to create and maintain a cohesive visual identity.
Candidates should possess skills in Typography and layout to ensure transparent, engaging, and readable designs.
Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or similar) is required.
Previous experience designing marketing materials, social media creatives, and travel-related visuals is highly beneficial.
Strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking, attention to detail, and ability to work within brand guidelines.
Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively in a hybrid work environment.
A relevant diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
Ability to create engaging reels and shorts.
