At Uplymetrics, we are seeking a skilled and results-driven Media Buyer to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent negotiation skills, and experience in digital media buying. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient allocation of advertising budgets to maximize ROI and brand reach.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, launch, and scale multi-channel digital advertising campaigns across Meta and Google platforms.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance data daily, tracking core metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, and CAC.

Coordinate closely with creative and marketing teams to align messaging, test recent ad concepts, and iterate winning hooks.

Manage daily budgets, ad account health, policy compliance, and campaign scaling structures.

Maintain robust tracking architectures and deliver high-level performance insights to leadership.

Qualifications

Proven hands-on experience managing and scaling digital media buying campaigns specifically across both Meta and Google platforms.





Strong analytical skills with a heavy focus on data-driven decision-making, unit economics, and performance marketing.

Ability to work independently and solve problems efficiently in a remote working environment.

Good communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.

Deep familiarity with major ad management tools, tracking setups, and attribution analytics tools.
