We are looking for a Customer Support Associate (Backend) to join our Steno Process in Jaipur.

Position Details
Position: Customer Support Associate – Backend
Process: Steno
Experience: 6+ months (Mandatory)
Location: Jaipur
Working Days: 5.5 days/week
Shifts: Rotational Shifts & Rotational Offs

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries and provide timely and accurate resolutions.
Manage backend support activities related to billing and invoicing.
Process and verify invoices, billing details, and related documentation.
Identify and resolve billing discrepancies and customer concerns.
Coordinate with internal teams for effective query resolution.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Follow company policies, quality standards, and defined processes.
Meet assigned productivity, quality, and turnaround-time targets.





Eligibility & Requirements

Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in customer support/backend operations.
Billing & Invoicing experience is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Positive understanding of billing and invoice-related processes.
Basic computer proficiency and ability to work with backend systems.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
