Your work will include

☐ Looking after day-to-day production

☐ Helping maintain product quality

☐ Coordinating with workers on the shop floor

☐ Following up with vendors whenever required

☐ Making sure production targets are achieved

☐ Helping plan daily work

☐ Maintaining production records

☐ Helping with inspection and quality checks

☐ Coordinating with stores and dispatch

☐ Helping arrange manpower if someone is absent

☐ Reporting production issues quickly

☐ Following safety procedures

☐ Helping recruit workers whenever required

☐ Making sure work is completed on time

Experience

✓ Diploma Mechanical preferred

✓ 5-20 years of factory experience

✓ Production / Fabrication / Assembly / Manufacturing background

✓ Supervisory experience preferred Skills

✓ Basic Computer Knowledge
