Job Description:

We are looking for a Business Development Associate to join our sales team. The ideal candidate should have experience in tele sales, be comfortable making outbound calls, and be eager to convert leads into customers. If you have strong persuasion skills and a drive to achieve targets, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and pitch our products/services.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
- Maintain and update customer databases with accurate details.
- Handle customer inquiries and objections professionally.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth.
- Work closely with the sales team to improve strategies and sales performance.

Requirements:





- Minimum 6 months – 2 years of experience in tele sales or outbound calling.
- Graduation is a must (any stream).
- Basic to moderate spoken English (fluency is not mandatory, but communication should be clear).
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office (preferred but not mandatory).
