The Store Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day store operations, maintaining inventory accuracy, ensuring timely receipt and issuance of materials, and supporting efficient stock control. The role requires solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and coordination with internal departments to ensure uninterrupted business operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials as per purchase orders and invoices.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and preservation of materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/SAP/Excel.
- Issue materials against approved requisitions and maintain proper documentation.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the purchase team for replenishment.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock verification and reconciliation.
- Maintain Goods Receipt Notes (GRN),



stock registers, inward/outward records, and related documentation.
- Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices are followed where applicable.
- Coordinate with production, purchase, logistics, and quality teams for smooth material flow.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper organization of the store.
- Prepare inventory, stock movement, and consumption reports for management.
- Identify and report damaged, expired, or obsolete stock.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and inventory control procedures.

Pay: ₹10,853.33 - ₹37,332.17 per month
