- Technical Foundations: Strong basic understanding of DSLR/Mirrorless camera operations, manual settings, shutter speed, and aperture control.
- Lighting Fundamentals: Knowledge of balancing natural light and basic studio continuous/strobe lighting, with a keen interest in learning how to manage reflections on glass and ceramics.
- Aesthetic & Trend Awareness: A strong innate eye for composition, styling, and a passion for interior design trends.
- Short-Form Content Creation: Enthusiastic about capturing behind-the-scenes (BTS) footage and raw mobile video clips for Instagram Reels.
- Software Foundations: Solid basic proficiency in editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, alongside design software like Photoshop, Lightroom or Canva.
- Creative Collaboration: Willingness to work closely with the Social Media and Creative Leads to brainstorm mood boards, storyboard ad concepts, and turn raw ideas into finished designs.
