Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions and bookkeeping.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and manage invoices, purchase orders, and vendor payments.
- Reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and project accounts.
- Monitor project-wise expenses and budget tracking.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, MIS reports, and cash flow statements.
- Manage GST, TDS, Qualified Tax, and other statutory compliances.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and banks.
- Maintain payroll records and process employee reimbursements.
- Ensure accurate documentation and filing of financial records.
- Support management with financial analysis and cost control measures.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance,



or related field.
- 3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in interior design, construction, architecture, or project-based businesses.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, taxation, and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in project costing and vendor management.
- Knowledge of inventory and material accounting.
- Familiarity with ERP systems will be an added advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
