Technical Coordinator
Location: New Delhi
Job Responsibilities
Coordinate technical support for laboratory instruments and products.
Assist customers with basic product demonstrations and technical queries.
Coordinate with the sales and service teams for customer requirements.
Prepare technical documents, reports, and product information.
Support product installations, training, and troubleshooting.
Maintain customer records and follow up on technical requests.
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of Liquid Chromatography (HPLC/LC).
Knowledge of Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, or Biological Sciences.
Basic understanding of the Pharmaceutical/Biopharma industry.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
