Role Overview

We are seeking a highly proactive, detail-oriented, and commercially driven Business Development Associate to support and grow our UK real estate operations.

This role is a energetic blend of business development, client relationship management, sales support, KPO operations, administrative coordination, and AI-driven workflow optimisation.

The ideal candidate must possess excellent English communication skills, strong commercial awareness, and hands-on experience using AI tools such as Claude AI, ChatGPT, and other automation platforms to improve productivity, lead generation, and operational efficiency.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Sales Support

- Support UK-based sales and lettings teams with lead generation, prospect outreach, and client engagement
- Manage incoming property enquiries from portals, CRM systems, website leads, and digital platforms
- Conduct follow-ups with landlords, vendors, tenants, buyers, and investors
- Assist in scheduling appointments, valuations, and property viewings




- Build and maintain strong client relationships to support conversion and retention
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to revenue growth strategies

Client Communication & Coordination

- Handle professional communication via email, CRM, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and online platforms
- Maintain high standards of customer service and response times
- Support UK teams with daily coordination and follow-up activities
- Draft professional communication, proposals, and business correspondence

KPO / Research & Process Management

- Manage UK property data, including sales listings, lettings records, compliance documents, and contracts
- Conduct market research on property trends, comparable listings, pricing, and competitor activity
- Support data mining, lead research, and prospect identification
- Ensure accurate and timely updates across all internal systems and dashboards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
