Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

- Meeting with the account management team to discuss the client's requirements
- Gaining an understanding of the target audience and business that the advert is aimed at
- Will be executing ideas into all forms of visual communication media
- Handling a team which will consist of Graphic Designer, Visualizer, Copywriter
- Will be responsible to plan and review the performance of juniors/ team-mates and accordingly providing training & development initiatives
- Will be responsible for business orientation
- As required giving creative presentations to the clients or internal team
- Taking responsibility & initiatives in overall cost-reduction




- Taking responsibility & initiatives in overall revenue generation by planning with Client Servicing Manager.

Candidates Requirement:

- Valuable Communication skills.
- Proactive, interactive & smart in approach.
- Willing to take responsibilities of brands, designing
- Creative inputs and ideating the concepts etc.
- Mentored a team or a single individual.
- Contribution towards winning awards.

Experience: 5-10 years mandatory from Healthcare Advertising

Qualifications Preferred: BFA (Bachelor in Fine Arts) preferred but not mandatory with the right experience.
