Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Surveyor to carry out accurate land and construction surveys for residential projects. The candidate will be responsible for site layout, setting out, level checking, and ensuring all survey work is executed as per approved drawings and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct land, topographical, and construction surveys.
- Perform site layout and setting out as per approved drawings.
- Establish and verify benchmark levels and reference points.
- Operate Total Station, Auto Level, GPS, and other surveying instruments.
- Mark grid lines, center lines, column positions, roads, and utilities.
- Check alignment, levels, dimensions, and coordinates during construction.
- Prepare survey reports, field notes, and measurement records.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Consultants, and Contractors.
- Ensure survey accuracy before execution of construction work.
- Maintain calibration and proper handling of survey equipment.
- Assist in quantity measurements and preparation of as-built drawings.




- Resolve site-related survey issues and provide technical support.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in Total Station, Auto Level, DGPS/GPS.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and surveying software.
- Strong understanding of civil drawings and layouts.
- Valuable mathematical and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently at construction sites.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

Qualification

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Survey Engineering.
- ITI Surveyor candidates with relevant experience may also apply.

Experience

- 3 to 8 Years of experience as a Surveyor in Residential Real Estate Projects.

Preferred Candidate

- Experience in residential building projects.
- Able to handle complete site surveying independently.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM (or as per project requirements).
