Position: Junior Admin Executive Data Verification & Administration
Company: Qlocar Auto Solution Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Ahmedabad
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Monday–Saturday)
Salary: 15,000 – 20,000 per month

Role Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Admin Executive responsible primarily for data verification and maintaining accurate business records while supporting day-to-day administrative operations. The ideal candidate should be organized, dependable, proficient in Excel, and capable of handling confidential information.

Key Responsibilities

- Verify customer, vendor, and employee data for accuracy.
- Validate documents before updating records.
- Maintain Excel sheets, Google Sheets, CRM, and company databases.
- Identify and correct duplicate or inaccurate records.
- Ensure records are complete and well organized.
- Maintain physical and digital documentation.
- Prepare, file, scan, print, photocopy, and archive office documents.
- Coordinate with departments for document collection.
- Assist in preparing letters,



agreements, and official documents.
- Maintain stationery and pantry inventory and raise requisitions.
- Coordinate with vendors for office requirements.
- Support employee onboarding documentation.
- Schedule meetings and prepare Minutes of Meeting (MOM).
- Handle inward/outward couriers.
- Maintain employee files and support HR/Admin activities.
- Perform additional administrative tasks assigned by the reporting manager.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word & Google Sheets
- Solid attention to detail
- Documentation & record management
- Good communication and coordination
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn

Preferred

- Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience in Administration, Data Entry, Back Office, or Automobile industry will be an advantage.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
