Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Branch Manager to lead branch operations, drive business growth, and manage sales performance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for team development, business generation, developer relationship management, credit coordination, and ensuring compliance with company policies while achieving assigned business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Recruit, develop, and manage a high-performing team of Relationship Officers (ROs).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, referral partners, and other business associates to drive business growth.
- Prepare, maintain, and regularly update a database of developer projects and business opportunities.
- Identify and onboard Affordable Housing and Commercial projects for Approved Project Finance (APF) and Project Funding.
- Appoint and strengthen APF and referral networks across the assigned territory.
- Conduct regular training sessions for Relationship Officers on company policies, credit processes, products, and business models.
- Coordinate effectively with local, regional,



and central Credit teams to ensure timely processing and disbursement of loan applications.
- Ensure strict adherence to the organization's credit policies, operational guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor branch performance and implement strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
- Drive customer acquisition, portfolio growth, and business expansion while maintaining high service standards.
- Prepare and submit periodic MIS reports and business performance updates to management.
