Job Description:

10.01 Production/ Composite/ FRP Product/ 5's Kaizen, TPM ,TQM, Main Power Handing

11.01 Responsible to achieve the productivity as per plan received from plant/production incharge.

11.02 Dstribute the mold planning(Work order,colour,size) to the operator and arrange manpower accordingly.

11.03 Train & improve the skill level of operator/semi operator & helper as per job profile

11.04 Monitor & control the downtime of molded grating department. 11.05 Improve the process data with implimenting task management system

11.06 Co-ordinate with maintenance department for electric & mechanical maintenance in the plant.

11.07 Responsible to maintain process parameter & availability of raw meterial on machine.

11.08 Responsible to handover the produce molded grating to cutting & grinding department.

11.09 Responsible to monitor & control the 5's & safety in plant.

11.10 Define and review Sop's for all the process carried out during production.

11.11 Maintain ISO 900:2015 QMS in the plant.
