JOB TITLE: IMPLEMENTATION AND SUPPORT EXECUTIVE
REPORTING AUTHORITY: IMPLEMENTATION HEAD
JOB OVERVIEW:
Implementation of SLIMS software to laboratories, diagnostic centers and hospitals.
Interface of SLIMS with laboratory instruments and third-party software.
Provide offline as well as online support to customers.
ELIGIBILITIES:
The ability to work independently and as a part of team.
Sound technical knowledge.
The ability to multitask effectively.
Proven experience working as an Implementation Specialist.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications and SQL database management systems.
Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Positive communication skills in English and Hindi.
Agreed to travel as a part of work at client site.
