Role & Responsibilities

- Work as a client-facing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant.
- Understand, analyze, and document business requirements through stakeholder discussions and workshops.
- Demonstrate the Dynamics 365 CRM solution's capabilities and recommend the best-fit solutions.
- Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CE across Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing modules.
- Perform functional analysis, solution design, system configuration, and support end-to-end CRM implementations.
- Configure entities, forms, views, dashboards, workflows, business rules, business process flows, security roles, and solution management components.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery and deployment.
- Review and optimize client business processes to improve operational efficiency.
- Conduct user training, UAT support, and post-implementation support.
- Manage CRM projects through the full lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and go-live support.
- Utilize Power Platform tools,



including Power Automate, and work with Azure-based integrations when required.
- Maintain robust communication with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 5-10 years of experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant.
- Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE and CRM business processes.
- Hands-on experience in requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, customization, and UAT.
- Experience delivering CRM solutions across Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing modules.
- Strong client-facing, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and Azure is preferred.
- Experience working on end-to-end CRM implementation projects.
- Willingness to work in the 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM shift.
