Role & responsibilities

- Develop and execute the organisation's CSR partnership and fundraising strategy to achieve annual partnership and revenue goals.
- Identify, engage, and build long-term relationships with corporates, CSR foundations, family offices, HNWIs, trusts, and philanthropic organisations.
- Lead end-to-end partnership development, including prospecting, proposal development, presentations, negotiations, and partnership closures.
- Represent the organisation at CSR forums, industry events, conferences, networking sessions, and corporate meetings.
- Drive donor acquisition, engagement, and retention through strategic relationship management and regular communication.
- Collaborate with internal programme and finance teams to design impactful CSR initiatives aligned with partner expectations and compliance requirements.
- Organise corporate visits, stakeholder meetings, fundraising events, and donor engagement activities.
- Lead and mentor the CSR Partnerships team, set performance goals, and ensure timely execution of partnership initiatives.
- Maintain partnership pipelines, CRM records, donor databases, and fundraising reports while tracking key performance metrics.
- Prepare high-quality proposals, concept notes,



presentations, impact reports, and partnership documentation for prospective and existing partners.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Social Work, Development Studies, Marketing, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in CSR partnerships, fundraising, business development, donor relations, or corporate engagement.
- Proven experience in securing CSR partnerships and managing strategic corporate relationships.
- Robust network within the corporate CSR ecosystem, foundations, and philanthropic organisations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage multiple partnerships, and drive fundraising targets.
- Experience in proposal writing, partnership management, and impact reporting.
- Comfortable with frequent travel for corporate meetings, networking events, and field visits.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and presentation software.
- Passionate about social impact, community development, and humanitarian initiatives.
