Purpose/Objective

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to join our dynamic team.
As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the successful planning and execution of multiple projects/initiatives.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of projects and provide timely updates to relevant stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities of Role

1.
Program Planning - Develop program plans in alignment with the organization's strategic direction.
- Create and manage program timelines, and budgets.
- Identify program dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies.

Program Execution and Monitoring: - Work with cross-functional teams to execute program, ensuring adherence to quality and timelines.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Conduct regular program reviews, status updates, and reporting to stakeholders.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration among project teams and stakeholders.
- Allocate and manage budget effectively to achieve program objectives.

Stakeholder Management: - Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, project sponsors,



and external partners.
- Conduct regular meetings and communication channels to provide updates, address concerns, and gather feedback.
- Negotiate and manage expectations of stakeholders regarding project scope, deliverables, and timelines.

Technical Competencies

Qualifications and Experience

Qualification - Bachelor's degree Experience - 15+ years of experience - Proven experience as a Program Manager in managing complex projects from initiation to successful completion.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving results.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic workplace.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is preferred.
