Role & responsibilities
- Receiving pre-incubated eggs for Tissue culture process
- Primary Cell culture operation, inoculation, observation of monolayer and Harvesting
- Secondary Cell culture operation, inoculation, observation of monolayer and Harvesting
- Monitoring incubation of roller bottles and cell culture chambers
- Cell culture media and related reagents preparation
- Co-ordination with live/inactivated vaccine in-charge for harvest storage & generation
- Inactivation and in-process result
- Working with roller culture apparatus
- Filling of BMR and reconciliations of media and harvest
- Knowledge of Autoclave & DHS operations
Preferred candidate profile
- M.Sc in Microbiology or Biotechnology require only
- Must have knowledge of cell culture and tissue culture operation
- Must have knowledge of media,autoclave and DHS operation
