Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage a team of CASA (Current Account Savings Account) sales executives to achieve monthly targets.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to increase customer acquisition, retention, and cross-selling opportunities.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify areas for growth and improvement.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements :
- 2-4 years of experience in banking or financial services industry.
- Proven track record in managing teams or individuals towards achieving sales targets.
- Solid understanding of CASA products and their applications in the marketplace.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
