- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase sales of life insurance products.
- Identify recent business opportunities through networking, referrals, and prospecting.
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by selling life insurance policies to customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Job Requirements :
- 1-6 years of experience in bancassurance sales or related field.
- Strong understanding of life insurance products and services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
