Looking after onboarding & exit formalities

Attendance Management

Payroll/Salary processing

Statutory Compliance

Entire Branch HR Operations

Tally ERP knowledge is MUST

Preferred candidate profile

Any Graduate with MBA in HR/IR preferred

Minimum 2/3 years experience in the similar role

Smart & Proactive approach for employees relations

Positive communication skills

Must have worked on TALLY ERP
