Segment: Home Loan/LAP– Prime

We are looking for a driven and experienced Sales Manager to our DSA vertical in the Home Loan Prime segment. The ideal candidate should have strong market exposure, channel management skills, and proven experience in driving business through DSAs.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage, strengthen, and expand the DSA network in the assigned territory.
• Drive business volumes in the HL and LAP Prime category.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly business targets.
• Train, support, and monitor channel partners for productivity.
• Maintain strong relationships with DSAs, builders, and other market stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to internal credit norms and compliance guidelines.
• Track market trends, competition, and new business opportunities.

Requirements
• Graduate/Postgraduate
• 5-12 years of experience in Home Loans / Mortgage sales.
• Robust understanding of DSA sourcing and regional market behavior.
• Target-driven and result oriented
