Job Title: Associate Run-Off

Position Type: Off Roll (Ciel HR Payroll - 12 Months Renewable Contract)

Location: Vatva,Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Experience: 2+ Years

Education: Diploma / BE / B.Tech (Plastic/Mechanical/Electrical/ Relevant Field)

Job Description:

- Responsible for testing of the IMM as per customer's requirement (OSS) and design specifications.
- Responsible to adhere to Run-off procedures, SOP and work instructions.
- Responsible for Final Inspection checking before machine release.
- Responsible for delivering P & P machines as per daily production plan.
- Responsible to fill and submit requisite documents pertaining to machine testing (e.g., Checksheets, Recordsheets, History Folder).
- Responsible to ensure safety and maintain 5S in the workplace.




- Ensuring compliance with ISO 9001_QMS & ISO 14001_EMS control procedure requirements.
- Monitoring and working on improvements for Valuable Practices for individual zones in the plant.
- Responsible to do Kaizen & CI activities related to product improvements, process improvements, and cost reduction.
- Responsible to develop SOP and Run-off procedures as and when needed.
- Responsible to develop jigs & fixtures to improve productivity and mistake-proofing.
- Responsible for upkeep of Run-off instruments and pressing blocks.
- Responsible for calibration of Run-off instruments and pressing blocks.
- To support trainee Engineers/Junior Engineers in troubleshooting.
- Provide training to Service Engineers/Customers.
- Revise Run-off checksheets on a regular basis.
- Machine Installation & Field Service support on a need basis.
