What You'll Do

As part of our dedicated Out of Hours Recruitment team, you'll recruit for temporary and ongoing positions across logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, retail, hospitality, customer service and industrial sectors.

You'll:

- Source, screen and engage candidates.
- Match candidates to suitable vacancies.
- Manage high-volume recruitment campaigns.
- Coordinate bookings, shift fulfillment and last-minute cover.
- Build relationships with candidates and clients.
- Maintain accurate records within ATS and recruitment systems.
- Ensure compliance with client requirements.

No two days are the same, making this an ideal role for someone who enjoys a busy,



people-focused environment.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for motivated people with excellent communication and organisational skills.

You will be successful if you enjoy building relationships, solving problems and working to deadlines.

Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, customer service, sales, BPO or operations is beneficial but not essentialfull training is provided.

Knowledge of candidate sourcing, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searching, temporary staffing or ATS systems would be an advantage but isn't essential.

Working Hours

This role operates within our Out of Hours support team.

You'll work a 9-hour shift between 11:30 AM IST and 1:30 AM IST, including weekends, supporting international clients. You may want to add over 5 days and if it is rotational shifts
