We are looking for a Relationship Manager with 3+ years of experience in partner/client management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with our partners, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience, addressing their concerns, and helping them succeed on the platform.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain robust relationships with partners and act as their primary point of contact.
- Manage partner onboarding, training, and ongoing engagement.
- Resolve partner queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure partner satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address escalations and improve partner experience.
- Monitor partner performance and share actionable insights for growth.
- Drive partner engagement initiatives and ensure adherence to platform policies and processes.




- Gather feedback from partners and work closely with relevant teams to improve products, processes, and overall experience.

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in Relationship Management, Partner Success, Account Management, Customer Success, or similar roles.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Ability to build trust and maintain long-term professional relationships.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Experience in managing partners, creators, consultants, service providers, or marketplace ecosystems will be an added advantage.
