We are looking for an energetic and result-driven Business Development Executive to help expand our user base through product promotion, influencer collaboration, and community development.

Key Responsibilities

Product Promotion

- Develop and execute user acquisition strategies to increase product visibility and registrations.
- Promote company products through social media, online communities, referral networks, and local marketing channels.
- Identify recent opportunities for market growth and user engagement.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize promotional activities.

KOL & Influencer Partnerships

- Identify, recruit, and maintain relationships with influencers, content creators, community leaders, and KOLs.
- Negotiate collaboration terms and coordinate promotional campaigns.
- Track influencer performance and evaluate campaign ROI.
- Build long-term partnerships with high-performing promoters and affiliates.

Community Development

- Manage and support online communities across platforms such as Telegram, WhatsApp,



Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Organize promotional events, referral campaigns, and community engagement activities.
- Collect user feedback and market insights to improve promotional effectiveness.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1+ year experience in Business Development, Marketing, Influencer Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, Community Management, or related fields.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and influencer ecosystems.
- Ability to work independently and achieve performance targets.
- Proficient in English; Hindi or regional language skills are an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with KOLs, affiliates, or digital marketing campaigns.
- Understanding of fintech, gaming, digital payments, or internet products.
- Existing influencer or community resources are a plus.
- Experience with Telegram, WhatsApp, Instagram, YouTube, or Facebook marketing.
