Builder Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions using no-code, low-code, and advanced platforms, translating business needs into scalable applications that enhance products, workflows, and decision-making.

Primary Responsibilities:

- This role is a multi faceted role that carries out
- Process assessment and solution design for AGentic / GenAI projects and
- Participates in process transformation and Task Mining engagements.
- Documentation of AS IS / TO BE processes
- Creating insights from the Task Mining tool data collection
- Prepare status update for leadership reporting and customer updates
- Test Case creation and test data preparation
- UAT sign off and training

Qualifications

- 79 years of overall qualified experience in software engineering, cloud application development, automation, or AI solution delivery.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience across .NET, Python, SQL, application development, and enterprise solution implementation.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience delivering AI, Agentic AI, LLM-based, GenAI,



or RAG-based projects in a production or enterprise environment.
- Strong experience with Azure and/or GCP cloud platforms, including cloud-native design, deployment, integration, and operational support.
- Hands-on knowledge of LLM-based frameworks, Agentic frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain or CrewAI, and exposure to MCP-based patterns.
- Experience with AI productivity and engineering tools such as GitHub Copilot, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Codex, Claude, and Visual Studio Code-based AI-assisted development.
- Good understanding of RAG patterns, embeddings, vector databases, semantic search, Azure AI Search, Chroma DB, MongoDB, cognitive services, NLP, and knowledge retrieval capabilities.
- Strong engineering fundamentals including APIs, microservices, scalable system design, testing, debugging, documentation, and secure development practices.
Atleast 3-4 years of experience in Healthcare domain

- Prior experience in Business Operations or Operation Excellence will be preferred
