Job Summary

We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Product Manager to lead the development and growth of our enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscapes, and will work cross-functionally to deliver high-impact products that keep IndiaMART ahead in the market.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct in-depth market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and the competitive landscape.

- Continuously improve and iterate on existing product offerings by collecting and analyzing feedback from clients and internal stakeholders.

- Partner closely with the Sales team to ensure they are well-equipped with product knowledge, training materials, and sales collateral to effectively sell enterprise solutions.

- Collaborate with Customer Success and Support teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and ongoing product support.





- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for recent product launches and product enhancements.

- Define transparent product value propositions, messaging, and positioning for target customer segments.

- Perform competitive analysis to track industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings, ensuring IndiaMART remains competitive in terms of features, pricing, and positioning.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Proven experience as a Product Manager .

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to translate customer needs into clear product requirements

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Experience working with cross-functional teams (Sales, Customer Success, Support, Tech)

- Knowledge of enterprise products or B2B platforms is a plus
