Responsibilities

- Ensure cost effective non-infringing route selection, process development of existing and recent product. Carry out feasibility, optimization studies, process validation in lab and tech-pack transfer.
- Designing and conducting experiments involving all types of Organic reactions, characterizing reaction products, and optimizing process conditions.
- Lead the development of new products from concept to commercialization.
- Lead R&D; projects from concept to execution, including planning, experimentation, data analysis, and reporting.
- Conduct 2-3 chemical reactions daily.
- Identify and control critical process parameters to ensure reproducibility and cost-effectiveness.
