Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage the development, testing, and deployment of AI-powered solutions on Salesforce Platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop technical roadmaps for AI projects.
- Ensure seamless integration of AI models into existing salesforce applications using APIs, integrators, or other relevant tools.
- Provide technical guidance to junior team members on best practices for implementing AI features in Salesforce.
Job Requirements :
- 8-12 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting industry with expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Salesforce Platform.
- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning concepts, and natural language processing techniques.
- Proficiency in developing custom components using Apex programming language within Salesforce ecosystem.
