Audience: B.Tech 1st Year Students
Commitment: 4-5 hours per day, 2 days per week (approximately 8-10 hours per week)
Role Summary
We are seeking experienced and passionate Computational Thinking Trainers to deliver engaging learning experiences for first-year B.Tech students. The ideal candidate should be able to teach algorithmic problem-solving concepts independent of any specific programming language, helping students develop structured thinking and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver instructor-led sessions on Computational Thinking concepts.
- Teach and mentor students in:
- Problem Decomposition
- Pattern Recognition
- Abstraction
- Algorithm Design
- Logical Reasoning and Structured Problem Solving
- Create interactive learning experiences using real-world examples and case studies.
- Design and evaluate assignments,
quizzes, and assessments.
- Support students through doubt-clearing sessions and academic mentoring.
- Collaborate with program teams to ensure learning outcomes are achieved.
Required Technical Skills
- Computational Thinking Frameworks
- Algorithm Design & Analysis
- Problem-Solving Methodologies
- Logical Reasoning
- Flowcharts and Pseudocode
- Design Thinking and Critical Thinking Approaches (preferred)
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience at a reputed university, college, or executive education institution
- Relevant hands-on experience in Computational Thinking frameworks and Algorithm Designs
- Solid verbal communication, learner engagement, presentation ability
- Experience designing curriculum, assessments, case studies, or material
