The ideal candidate possesses deep technical industry knowledge and excels at building strong pipelines of passive candidates.
Key Responsibilities

- Owns the full recruitment process from posting jobs to extending the final offer.
- Finds active and passive candidates using online job boards and social media.
- Reviews resumes and conducts initial phone screenings to check for alignment.
- Schedules and coordinates all interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manages offer letters and helps recent employees transition smoothly into on boarding.
