About the Role

Kaivee Healthcare is seeking a dynamic and target-driven Field Sales Executive to promote and sell our healthcare services. The role involves field visits, lead generation, client acquisition, and building strong relationships with individuals, corporates, clinics, and local businesses to expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct field visits to corporates, residential societies, clinics, pharmacies, schools, and businesses.
- Promote and sell Kaivee Healthcare's services, including:
- Pathology & Diagnostic Tests
- Preventive Health Check-up Packages
- Multi-Specialty OPD Services
- Home Sample Collection
- Corporate Healthcare Solutions

- Generate new leads and convert them into customers.




- Build and maintain client relationships and referral networks.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and submit daily field activity reports.
- Represent Kaivee Healthcare during health camps and promotional activities.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- 13 years of field sales experience (healthcare experience preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively.
