- 57 years of handson experience in server virtualization, with strong primary expertise in Microsoft HyperV.
- Indepth experience in HyperV architecture, Failover Clustering, Live Migration, HyperV Replica, and VM high availability.
- Strong handson experience in HyperV performance monitoring, tuning, and capacity planning.
- Experience in VM lifecycle management, including provisioning, expansion, optimization, and decommissioning.
- Working knowledge of VMware ESXi, vSphere, and vCenter administration (secondary skill).
- Experience in server migrations, including P2V and crossplatform virtualization scenarios.
- Strong understanding of Windows Server platforms used with HyperV.
- Knowledge of SAN storage concepts, multipathing, and VM storage design.
- Awareness of Active Directory integration, DNS dependencies, and virtualizationrelated services.
- Positive understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem Management).
- Experience working in enterprise / remote infrastructure support environments.
