Job Overview

We are looking for a agile and result-oriented HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive with hands-on experience in sourcing candidates for the Banking, NBFC, and BFSI Sales domains. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Naukri Resdex , Apna , Shine Boolean Search, and other sourcing channels to identify and hire quality talent.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for BFSI/NBFC sales positions
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely closures
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers




- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of sales candidates
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring requirements

Requirements

- MBA in HR or relevant work experience in recruitment
- Prio experience in BFSI/NBFC sales hiring is mandatory
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Good knowledge of job portals and sourcing techniques
