- We are looking for technically skilled candidates with excellent attention to detail for the position of Warehouse Executive.
- This role involves managing storage, packing, inventory, and distribution of goods in the warehouse.
- You will play an important part in the supply chain team.
- This role will be responsible for managing end-to-end warehouse activities, including inbound and outbound logistics, inventory control, space planning, manpower management, cost optimization, and operational efficiency.
- The objective is to ensure seamless, scalable operations that support rapid business growth.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- 1)Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular stock audits, and ensure proper stock rotation to prevent shortages or excesses.
- 2)Order Processing and Fulfilment: Handle order processing, delivery challans, invoicing, and ensure timely dispatch of goods.
- 3)Warehouse Operations: Oversee receipt, storage, and distribution of goods, monitor warehouse equipment, and maintain a safe and organized work setting.
- 4)Vendor and Supplier Coordination:



Liaise with suppliers and vendors, track deliveries, resolve order discrepancies, and assist in updating contracts and transport arrangement.
- 5)Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and schedule warehouse staff, fostering a
- productive and compliant workforce.
- 6)Process Optimization: Implement and improve warehouse processes to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- 7)Reporting and Documentation: Maintain records of inventory, shipments, and warehouse performance metrics, and prepare reports for management.

Requirements :

- 1) Qualification: 12th or any Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 2) Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Warehouse Executive in industrial warehouse management.
- 3) Knowledge of inventory software, logistics practices, and warehousing standards.
- 4) Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
