- Plan, execute, monitor, and control EPC projects from order receipt to project completion.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Construction, Quality, and Commissioning teams to ensure timely project execution.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules using project planning tools and ensure adherence to contractual milestones.
- Review project specifications, scope of work, drawings, and technical documents.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and initiate corrective and preventive actions.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and subcontractors for smooth project execution.
- Track material procurement, manufacturing, dispatch, and site activities to ensure timely availability.




- Conduct project review meetings and prepare MIS reports, progress reports, and project dashboards.
- Monitor project costs, budget utilization, and resource planning.
- Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, quality standards, statutory requirements, and HSE guidelines.
- Support claim management, variation orders, documentation, and project closure activities.
- Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
