About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic, target-driven, and customer-focused Immigration Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and sales skills, with the ability to guide clients through immigration pathways and convert inquiries into successful enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
* Understand client profiles and recommend suitable immigration programs (Canada, Australia, Germany, UK, Europe, etc.).
* Explain visa processes, eligibility, documentation, timelines, and company services.
* Conduct telephonic, virtual, and face-to-face consultations.
* Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into enrollments.
* Build strong relationships with clients and provide an exceptional customer experience.
* Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM.
* Coordinate with the documentation and processing teams for seamless onboarding.




* Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
* Stay updated on immigration programs, policies, and industry trends.

Desired Candidate Profile

* 15 years of experience in Immigration Sales, Visa Consultancy, Education Consultancy, BFSI, Real Estate, Telesales, or Customer Acquisition.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
* Strong sales orientation with a proven ability to achieve targets.
* Ability to build rapport and handle objections effectively.
* Basic knowledge of immigration programs is preferred.
* Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
* Self-motivated, disciplined, and eager to learn.
