Hiring: Workday HCM Technical Consultant
Experience: 4 to 8 Years
Location: TCS - Recent Delhi

We are looking for a skilled Workday HCM Technical Consultant with experience in Workday integrations, reports, and technical configurations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in developing and supporting Workday solutions, creating custom reports, building integrations, and collaborating with functional teams to deliver business requirements.

Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and support Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Studio.
- Build and maintain custom, advanced, matrix, and composite reports.
- Configure and support Workday security groups and business processes.
- Develop inbound and outbound integrations with third-party systems.




- Troubleshoot integration and data-related issues.
- Participate in data conversion, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
- Work closely with functional consultants and business stakeholders.

Requirements:

- 4 to 8 years of experience in Workday HCM Technical.
- Strong experience in Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Report Writing.
- Knowledge of Workday Web Services, XML, XSLT, SOAP/REST APIs.
- Experience in Workday security configuration and troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
