Role & responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end FIT & Group bookings for Singapore/ Malaysia/Thailand/Bali
- Prepare customized itineraries and quotations.
- Coordinate with DMCs, hotels, attractions, and transport suppliers.
- Manage booking confirmations, amendments, and cancellations.
- Provide visa guidance and destination information.
- Ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Preferred candidate profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Singapore/ Malaysia/Thailand/Cruise travel operations.
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Solid knowledge of Singapore/ Malaysia/Thailand/Bali products, attractions, and visa requirements.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and travel booking systems.
