Key Responsibilities

- Drive primary and secondary sales to achieve assigned targets within the territory
- Manage distributor relationships, including order collection, processing, and stock management
- Ensure effective execution of trade schemes and promotions for retailers and distributors
- Regularly expand market reach by adding new retail outlets and increasing touchpoints
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales data and field activities
- Maintain solid relationships with retailers to enhance product visibility and availability
- Ensure effective implementation of company strategies at the ground level

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG industry
- Bachelors degree in any discipline




- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of distribution management and retail sales
- Ability to work independently with a target-driven mindset
- Basic proficiency in sales tools, Excel, and reporting systems
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
