Job Summary

The Area Sales Executive (ASE) is responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding market coverage, managing distributors, and ensuring excellent retail execution within the assigned territory. The role focuses on driving primary and secondary sales, increasing product visibility, strengthening distributor relationships, and ensuring the availability of company products across all retail outlets.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive primary and secondary sales in the assigned territory.
- Identify and appoint new distributors and retail outlets.
- Monitor distributor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
- Resolve distributor concerns related to orders, claims, and payments.
- Submit Daily Sales Reports (DSR) and market visit reports.
- Effective execution of Go To Market strategy.




- Distribution network expansion to drive sales growth and regular checking of distributors financial health and NOC on monthly basis.
- Efficient stock management at distributor points & handling C&FA.;
- Evaluate and measure performance of territory, major towns, distributors and key outlets in terms of sales growth.
- Positive knowledge of team handling and leadership quality.

Eligibility

- Graduation in any stream
- Should have own two-wheeler.
- Ready to work with 6 days in market.
- Deep knowledge of retail markets in Delhi.
- Candidate should have FMCG experience (Beauty & Personal care).
- Experience should be more than 5 years.
- Young and agile with hunger to learn & grow.
